At Broadway Youth Club, our team is the heart of everything we do. We're a dedicated management committee, youth workers, volunteers, and support staff who are passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and inspiring space for young people.
Every member of our team brings something unique — experience from a diverse background within the community, youth work and safeguarding, to skills in art, sport, education, and mental health support. What unites us is a shared commitment to listening, encouraging, and empowering the young people who walk through our doors.

OUR YOUTH TEAM
Our community-led Youth Team is made up of fully trained youth workers and dedicated support staff, all of whom are Enhanced DBS checked and have completed comprehensive safeguarding training. This ensures a safe, supportive, and engaging environment for the young people we work with.
In addition to our in-house team, we are proud to be supported by a youth worker from YMCA Worcestershire. Their involvement helps to further strengthen and enhance the range of services and opportunities we are able to offer to our local youth.
BYC Management Committee
Our organisation is guided by a dedicated Management Committee composed of local individuals with diverse professional backgrounds who share a common passion of empowering young people. Alongside our active Youth Committee and the involvement of all members, this collaborative leadership ensures that decision-making remains inclusive, youth-focused, and community-driven.
