Life can be tough sometimes, and it's okay not to be okay. Whether you're feeling stressed, anxious, low, or just need someone to talk to, our youth workers are here to listen, help, and connect you with the right support.
We offer a safe, non-judgmental space where you can be yourself, open up at your own pace, and find tools to take care of your well-being. From relaxed chats and peer support to creative activities that help you unwind, BYC is a place where you're never alone.

Sexual Health Support at BYC
At BYC, we believe that everyone deserves access to honest, respectful, and confidential sexual health information and support.
Whether you have questions about relationships, consent, contraception, STIs, or just want to talk things through, our trained youth workers are here to help, without judgement. We provide a safe space where you can get accurate information, free resources, and trusted guidance to make informed choices about your health and body.
We also offer access to free condoms and referrals to local health services if needed.
